Showforce strengthens UK operations team ahead of busy 2026

Global event crewing specialist Showforce has strengthened its UK operations team, reinforcing its ongoing investment in people as the business prepares for a busy 2026.

Recognising the contribution of key team members across operations and account management, the UK’s leadership structure has been bolstered which will serve to support a busy calendar of upcoming large-scale and complex projects.

Lance Okereke has been promoted to Operations Manager, taking on increased responsibility for overseeing operational delivery across UK projects and ensuring Showforce’s high standards are consistently upheld.

Harry McCann steps into the role of Senior Account Manager – Large Project Lead, where he will lead on the management of major UK projects, acting as a key client contact and working closely with operations to deliver seamless crewing solutions.

Whilst James Cole is now Account Manager – Business Development, combining his account management skills with a greater focus on supporting commercial growth and developing new and existing client relationships.
