Showforce Qatar supports Web Summit 2026

Showforce’s Qatar office was proud to supply crew to Web Summit 2026, delivering hands-on support to one of the world’s most high-profile technology events.

Taking place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center from 1st – 4th February, the event brought together global innovators, industry leaders and thousands of delegates,  with six busy stages running throughout the programme.

Our team of 10 crew chiefs and crew were onsite for seven days, supporting rehearsals, live show days and the fast-paced turnarounds in between sessions. Working day and night shifts, they ensured every stage was set, prepped, checked and ready to go.

Embedded within the event’s technical and production teams, Showforce crew played a key role in keeping the show moving.

The crew’s responsibilities included:

• Stage preparation and set builds
• Checking layouts against approved plans
• Supporting show flow during rehearsals
• Working alongside production and technical teams
• Troubleshooting and resolving on-the-ground issues
• Furniture deployment and site-wide support

With multiple stages operating simultaneously, coordination and communication were critical. Our crew chiefs oversaw workforce movements and ensured seamless transitions between sessions, ensuring that the event’s tight schedule was adhered to.

From first rehearsal to final session, Showforce’s Qatar-based crew provided reliable, proactive crewing support.
