Showforce promotes from within as Kraig Shaw, Sam Jensen and James Norris step into Crew Manager roles

Showforce has strengthened its onsite delivery capability with the promotion of Kraig Shaw, Sam Jensen and James (Jimmy) Norris to the role of Crew Manager, reinforcing its continued investment in people and operational excellence.

Kraig steps into the role of North West Crew Manager, bringing with him extensive experience working across a wide range of projects and a strong understanding of Showforce’s crew-focused approach. His promotion will further strengthen the company’s presence in the region, ensuring crews and clients in the North benefit from consistent leadership, clear communication and hands-on operational support.

Alongside Kraig’s appointment, Sam Jensen and James (Jimmy) Norris have also been promoted to Crew Manager roles. These promotions recognise their experience, leadership, and deep understanding of Showforce’s crew-first culture.

In their new roles, Kraig, Sam and Jimmy will play a vital part in supporting crew welfare, delivering large-scale projects and providing a crucial link between Showforce’s crew onsite and the operations team.

As Crew Managers, they will act as the first point of contact for crew onsite, offering day-to-day support and guidance. They will also take the lead on interviewing, inducting and training new crew, while helping existing team members develop their skills through initiatives such as forklift and working at height (WAH) training. Ensuring the right crew are selected for the right roles — aligning client briefs with individual skillsets — will also form a key part of their responsibilities.

The trio will also oversee some of Showforce’s larger and more complex projects onsite, building strong client relationships and ensuring briefs are delivered to the highest standard. In addition, they will support the operations team with crew-related HR matters, helping to maintain consistency, clear communication and best practice across projects.
