Middle East crew promotions announced ahead of 2025/26 season

Showforce is pleased to announce a series of promotions for our Middle East based crew, recognising their commitment, professionalism and hard work.

The promotions, which include crew progressing to the roles of Local Crew Manager, Crew Chief and Senior Crew in both the UAE and KSA have been made to both reward loyalty and excellence whilst strengthening our onsite operations.

Representing the very best of Showforce, the individuals promoted consistently deliver excellence on major international projects and receive outstanding client feedback.

Promoted to Local Crew Managers are:

As the lead crew chiefs on numerous large-scale projects, these individuals have worked alongside our International Crew Managers to ensure the seamless delivery of complex events. In their new roles, they will oversee projects in their entirety, liaising closely with project managers, leading toolbox talks, maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring schedules are met during both build and de-rig phases and show days. They will continue to lead onsite as chiefs, providing an essential link between the office and the crew.

Their new responsibilities include gathering and preparing teams, ensuring uniforms and PPE requirements are me and coordinating with clients to receive and deliver daily tasks. They also manage logistics, oversee site operations, and are accountable for accurate timesheet reporting. Their leadership and professionalism have set a high standard onsite, with client praise reinforcing their readiness for this step forward.

As experienced team members they have consistently delivered strong performances on projects, developing their leadership and communication skills, and proving their ability to lead smaller teams. Many have acquired additional skills, including IPAF certifications, we even have a qualified electrician. Senior Crew members also play an important role in mentoring and guiding freelance crew, helping maintain the high standards we are renowned for.
