BRITAIN’S GOT TALENT

Showforce was thrilled to provide a team of crew to assist with the delivery of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent live semi-finals and final. Working with P-AV Productions, the company responsible for the popular TV show’s technical direction and event management, the team were onsite for 19 days assisting with the install, show days and de-rig.

During the build period they worked alongside the production’s LX, rigging, set design, power, sound, PA and camera contractors to ensure that all kit was unloaded and installed ahead of the first live show. In addition, a team of four crew were dedicated to stage management.

For the live shows themselves, between two and six crew, dependent upon the acts performing and their requirements, carried out show calls. This involved moving equipment on and off stage between performances and ensuring the stage was set for the next act.

Over 200 crew shifts were amassed throughout the course of the project.
