FIFAe FINALS 2025

Unlike a traditional live show, the FIFAe Finals operated as a continuous venue-based tournament environment, requiring detailed operational oversight, technical precision and rapid response throughout multiple days of competition.

During the build phase, our crew assisted in preparing all operational areas within the venue, managing equipment distribution from the warehouse and supporting the installation of player rooms and competition pods. The team oversaw the placement of furniture, fixtures and equipment, coordinated power cable runs and ensured accurate positioning of TVs, consoles, PCs and associated gaming hardware. Every element was installed methodically to ensure it was ready for gameplay and live broadcast.

Throughout the live show days, our crew delivered hands-on operational support across the arena. This included managing stage and area changeovers between matches, swapping out player pod furniture and equipment, coordinating PC movements and resetting competition spaces in line with the running order. The team also supported refreshment replenishment for players, facilitated furniture reconfigurations and maintained structured warehouse operations to ensure equipment was moved efficiently.

The fast-paced nature of esports competition meant that changeovers had to be executed quickly and discreetly, without disrupting match schedules or live broadcast output. The crew adapted well to this high-performance environment, demonstrating flexibility, focus and a strong awareness of what was required throughout the tournament.

Following the Finals, Showforce assisted with the de-rig, overseeing the pack down of all furniture, fixtures and equipment, coordinating equipment loading and assisting with warehouse operations to ensure a controlled and organised load-out.
