The Showforce team included two international crew chiefs and 10 technical crew who worked directly with Creative Technology’s senior project manager Dan Hughes, as they have for the previous events. The crew’s initial task is to unload and label all LED screen and control equipment. This is then followed by the build, with the team split and deployed to multiple areas for the main screen, tower legs, VIP, overring, stage skirt and bleach screen. All the work involves building the LED screen and installing the necessary cabling for networking and power. The main videowall featured a giant curved screen for the first time, despite the change the Showforce team worked closely with Creative Technology, following instructions and the end result was spectacular.
Showforce returned to Riyadh this October to support Creative Technology with the installation of the large LED screens that form the stunning backdrop to the hugely popular WWE events in KSA. WWE Crown Jewel took place at the Mohammed Abdo Arena in the capital city of Riyadh on 21st October and was the first event of its kind in the Kingdom since the pandemic.
