Showforce supplied a highly experienced team of crew to support Forever Living Products Inc. LLC directly with the delivery of its Global Rally. Held at the Paris La Défense Arena from 29th April – 4th May. The event welcomed delegates from across the globe for a packed programme of training, workshops and celebration.
Our team was on site from 28th April to 5th May assisting with the production team with the build, live show days and de-rig. Crew were divided into nine specialist teams to support with the load in/out, installation of lighting, audio, video, rigging, FOH production, seating and traffic management. Working alongside the event’s technical suppliers including Impact, Delta Live, Mojo Rental, VSS, Encore, BeMatrix and WI Creations, we assisted all departments to ensure that everything ran smoothy.
Each department was led by a UK-based crew chief and supported by a team of local crew. From the first truck arrival to the final load-out, the Showforce team onsite and back in the office were able to expertly handle the last-minute changes typical of a live international event of this scale.

Regarding traffic control, we had a bilingual marshal who worked closely with our crew chief to manage truck logistics onsite. Another team member was stationed at the depot, coordinating with the onsite team and acting as a translator for the French-speaking truck drivers.
The project was managed onsite by our French Crew Manager Lance Okereke who managed the local crew and provided translation support throughout; International Crew Chief Kraig Shaw oversaw the entire crewing operation and Senior Account Manager Harry McCann worked closely with the client to make real-time adjustments as needed.
We had 75 crew onsite for the load in and build, 13 during the live show days and 99 for the de-rig.
